Fields of Application

Our hex nuts are used in:

  • Construction: Applied in structures and systems, complying with safety standards.
  • Mechanical industry: Ideal for precision fastening and complex systems.
  • Automotive: Used in engines, chassis, and components exposed to vibrations.
  • Plant engineering: Suitable for hydraulic, electrical, and pressure systems.

Nut Types and Standards

  • DIN 934 / UNI 5588 / ISO 4032: Standard hex nut (medium height), ideal for general-purpose applications. Available in various strength classes, commonly used in combination with standard bolts.
  • DIN 936 / UNI 5589 / ISO 4035: Low hex nut, compact and strong—suitable for applications where reduced height is needed without compromising fastening reliability.
  • DIN 982 / UNI 7473 and DIN 985 / UNI 7474: Prevailing torque lock nuts with nylon insert, designed to prevent loosening due to vibrations. Ideal for environments subject to movement or mechanical stress.
  • DIN 980V: All-metal self-locking hex nut without nylon insert, suitable for high temperatures or extreme conditions where nylon is not appropriate.
  • UNI 5587 / ISO 4033: High hex nuts, used in applications requiring greater height due to strength or specific technical requirements.
  • DIN 6334 / UNI 5535: Long hex coupling nuts, designed for use with threaded rods or applications needing extended nut length for secure grip.
